Skinny Idea of the Day!

If you are hungry but do not want to eat, chew a gum. There are many sugarfree gums sold everywhere. It helps you stop those cravings and it helps you to avoid binging. There are gums which only have 5 calories for 2 pieces. Very ideal for those in a diet.
